Venue Reminders and End of Event Checklist
We have a very unique and lovely space that we love sharing with our community. Please make sure you read all of these details and answers to FAQ’s to ensure a successful event.

We will have a team member open the doors for you at your rented time. Please make sure that you have included your setup time and your tear down time in your room rental.
We set the room up according to this layout. Should you choose to move tables and chairs you are more than welcome to but we do ask that you move them back to this layout.



Prep Kitchen-Our venue does not have a kitchen, a sink, a refrigerator, a freezer, or an ice machine. Should you require ice, there is a Market Street or a Walmart only 3 minutes away. Should you need additional space, you can rent our boardroom upstairs. It includes two mini fridges, a small kitchenette with a microwave and two bathrooms. The boardroom has a large table and extra room for storage.
Bluetooth Sound System Directions - To turn on the Bluetooth sound system youneed to turn on your Bluetooth on your phone or device. Connect to STR-DH770. The phone or device needs to stay close to the box in the Electrical Panel closet to avoid “skipping”. If you can’t connect your Bluetooth, you may need to reset the box. Click the sticker on the box to reset. If you still are having issues, you can reset the box by turning the power off and then back on. It’s is a red button on a power strip underneath the shelf.
TV Directions - If you want to use the TV to connect to your computer, we have an HDMI chord attached. Please do not unattach. We do not have any adapters so please check that you can connect your computer to an HDMI chord or bring your own adapter.

Storage - Our venue does not have any storage space. We recommend you unload decorations or food items and any remaining boxes or items place back in your vehicle. We do have a small cabinet that you can store your purse or a few personal belongings.

Rules and Regulations -
- Please make sure that anything brought into building is removed from the building.
- All trash cans Including bathroom must be emptied and replenished with a new trash bag. We provide trash bags. They are located in closet by bathroom.

All trash must be placed in outside trash bins behind building

- Countertops, bar facade and all tables must be wiped down. We provide Clorox wipes in the closet.
- Please leave linens on the tables. We will remove them and have them washed.
- Floors should be swept to remove any food or decorations.
- Floors should be mopped if there are spills of any type of liquid. We provide a broom and mop in the closet.
- All tables and chairs should be returned to the original location.
- Please close the curtains before leaving.
- Please report any damages to 940-210-1391.
Important - - All decorations must be free standing. The Client may not attach anything to any part of the floor, walls, columns, display cases, furniture, doors, windows or ceilings.
- Furniture or objects belonging to the Venue including plants, display or wall decorations, shall not be moved or handled by the Client, Vendors or Guests. You may hang a banner on the windows with suction cups provided by the Venue.
- All candles must be battery operated.
- Confetti, Glitter, Rose Petals, Rice, Birdseed and Sparklers are not permitted inside or outside of the Venue.
- All debris, boxes or containers associated with the delivery of decorations need to be removed prior to the start of the event. All decor and rentals must be removed from the Venue within the rental time frame.
- Client and/ or Vendors may not slide or drag equipment across the floors. Client and / or Vendors may not lean objects or equipment against the walls or columns.
- Electrical cords may be taped to the floor with Gaffer’s tape only. No other tape is permitted. The Venue does not provide Gaffer’s tape. Client and / or Vendors are responsible for removal of any tape.
- The Venue is a non smoking facility. There is no smoking allowed inside or outside The Venue, including near or around the entrance or exit doors. If cigar or cigarette debris is left near or around any part of the Venue, the Client will be charged an additional fee.
- No animals are allowed at the Venue but exceptions can be made with written permission from the Venue.
