Meal Planning Monday came from my personal mission to be more thoughtful of what I am fueling my families body with each day. Meal Planning Monday is not just about new recipes and grocery shopping. It is an inspired action to put what matters first. I made a commitment to myself and my family to reserve Mondays for Meal Planning and to live a healthy and more abundant life.
Before I started setting aside time each Monday, I often struggled during the week with eating healthy and having meals prepared for my family. My weight was quickly increasing and my families health was decreasing. By scheduling this time and making it a priority it has improved every area of my life including my health and my business. It is one of the highest priorities of my week.
